Established by Daniel Muller, in 2020, Swell Fine Food Catering has quickly grown to be one of the South Coast’s Premier Caterers.
Chef Daniel was born in Switzterland realizing early on in life, a passion and love for the culinary arts. Daniel has traveled the world, learning and developing skills while serving food for the most refined palettes.
His journey took him to Australia, where Daniel would eventually call home, residing in the beautiful coastal town of Mandurah.
Daniel would take up a number of Head Chef roles, turning around kitchens and giving them a reputation of excellence.
Establishing Swell gave Chef Daniel the opportunity to truly realize his vision in preparing high quality food, made with love all while providing an excellent experience. Swell was inspired by Daniel’s love of the ocean and his home of Mandurah. Swell also takes advantage of being by the sea by sourcing a wide array of beautiful seafood that can only be found on the Coast.
Swell provide at home fine food catering and mobile bar service for any function or event.
Swell also have a catering partnership with the Peel Thunder Football Club where the club’s brilliant facilities are host to a number of functions.
